On a different but somewhat related note: I have discovered that I do not care for pork liver in my Asian noodle soups.

I don't care for any meat in my soups either! Though I seem to be slightly out numbered in that regard on this board.

If, for some reason, I do end up eating veggie pho my motto is "there are not enough mushrooms in the world to truly satisfy me."
