Anybody watch the one season of Firefly? I thought the show was pretty good and I just watched the movie that they made after they cancelled the show...the movie sucked hard

Like the series a lot, thought the movie was half good, but pretty cheesy in parts. Mainly trying to wrap up the whole story for people instead of trying to be totally kick ass.

I watched Serenity right after Firefly and thought it was nice to help tie up some loose ends but I enjoyed Firefly a whole lot more. By the end of Serenity I was just really hoping River would die or at least sacrifice herself for someone else. Decent cannon movie but not as good as the show.
