Crazy. Akimbo have been one of my favourite local bands since I first saw them in 2001. But then again, I was raised on classic rock and am very fond of stoner metal and 90's noise rock.... which are precisely the three genres they draw from, haha. I've seen them over 50 times, though. I like 'em a lot.
It's cool though, I figured you were focused on shooting. I was very drunk and on drugs that night, so I wouldn't have made for any interesting conversation anyway. In fact, I was actively
avoiding talking to people I knew so I didn't embarrass myself.
