I don't care who it was in the video, that patrol officer is just doing whatever he wants. There are no weapons present. There is no reason for him to be so "concerned for his own safety."

Why are there sudenly so many shows on MSNBC,TruTv,Discovery channel,etc about cops and jails? I have come across 4 hour blocks of show about county jails in various states and about various prisons. The shows about the "heroic" cops are bad enough,but I would consider few things to be more laughable then the idea of a "heroic" correctional officer. Nice to see that some find entertainment in someone elses misfortune.
