so life is gonna suck living in puyallup i think

cause now i cant go to the city all the time. only on weekends and its to far to drive and drive. so whos gonna be letting me crash huh huh any takers

I'm moving to Tacoma at the end of this month, but I'm keeping my job in Seattle.  It might be totally horrible, especially since I have to take the bus, but it might be okay.  I think I would miss the city too much, and this way I can just spend the rest of the afternoon bumming around town if I want.

I know.  I figure I can at least sleep or read more books or something.  I only work four days a week so that's kind of a plus.  But yeah, if it totally sucks I'll get a job in Tacoma.

Puyallup is a pretty okay train ride and whatnot though.  Definitely easier than coming from everett!

You can invite us all to your place to party and then go to the Puyallup fair though. Cotton candy, those big hunks of bread with cinnamon on them, displays of vegetables, animals and rides. Woot!

You're going to hate life with that commute... I did the other way (live in Seattle, work in Tacoma) for six months and hated life. I didn't even have to deal with traffic, I was going the opposite way. You don't even get that. I moved back to Tacoma two weeks ago and it's bliss... Tacoma is a really good fit for me, even if Seattle had more of that frenetic big city feel.

Please tell me Weird Al is playing the Puyallup again this year!  We went and saw him a couple summers ago.  Best show EVER!!!

The fair is great, unless you live here. Two weeks of traffic so bad, most times you give up. I've been known to drop down the hill thru Orting and come up the back way just to avoid it. 30 min of driving, versus 45 min of sitting. I HATE the fair.
