I exhausted my bowling arm yesterday, and I was already in West Seattle once today and just got home and am now EXHAUSTED. I swear I will be there some Sunday soon!!

So this Sunday is my buddy "Tugboat" Ty's 30th birthday and he will be at bowling with a bunch of friends. Hopefully I will be back in time to come too!
