Hi folks, I have been hearing lots of rumors and whatnot. I really cant stress enough that Lisa and I would rather pull our teeth out and sell them on the black market than ask people for financial help. I feel we owe it to everyone that has been helping us out to understand why we are in financial straits....
We have to pay more rent as well as the delta over the old deposit. We are also 160 bucks short of this months rent due to a few shows that completely tanked (two of which ZERO paid) 2 of which none of the bands showed up as well.
Also, the past due water bill was finally handed to us after a year of sitting on the property owners desk. The reason it sat is because the property owner figured that the water was being paid by the lease-holder who never transfered the water over to the Morgue. We never got a bill, and she assumed that the bill was paid so never opened them when they came in. She finally got a shut off notice which made her open the bill.
All said and done, it left us with a total bill due of
275+275+160+1595 = 2305
Needless to say, this has been an eye opener about how we do business. There will be small changes that hopefully wont hurt the community.
To everyone that has put in so far, I love you all, seriously. Its is almost in the range that Lisa and I can manage to make up the difference.
