vitamin d, dude. i was having all sorts of lame shit happening (including massive allergy sensitivity) and my blood test said i was severely deficient in vitamin d. usually you're supposed to take 1000iu a day but my doc told me to take 5000iu! since i've been taking it my allergies have been better, increased immune system, much less extreme mood swings, increased stamina. honestly talk to someone about how much you should take but vitamin d has been a life-saver for me. look into it!

seriously dude, in that case try vitamin d supplements. it really makes a difference. i have a bad deficiancy so i take 2 2000iu pills a day, and a 1000  omega 3/1000iu vitamin d pill a day. it's really helped, look into it! vitamin d is pretty benign, you can't really overdose. plus living in the NW you don't get nearly as much as you would normally.

Quote
The exact long-term safe dose of vitamin D is not known. In 1997 the U.S. Dietary Reference Intake Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) of vitamin D for children and adults was set at 50 micrograms/day (2,000 IU)[47], but this is viewed as outdated and overly restrictive.[citation needed] A 2007 risk assessment was made by two employees of the dietary supplement trade association Council for Responsible Nutrition,[48] that represents companies including Amway, Bayer AG and GlaxoSmithKline,[49] and their two colleagues, who declared that they had no personal or financial conflicts of interest. They suggested that 250 micrograms/day (10,000 IU) in healthy adults should be adopted as the tolerable upper limit.[48] In adults, sustained intake of 2500 micrograms/day (100,000 IU) can produce toxicity within a few months.[3]

@grendel

yeah so even though i take half of the 'tolerable upper limit' which is still considered a defiancy it helps. honestly, even a couple hundred iu a day makes a difference. it's worth a shot esepcially for allergy/immune situations. i must say it also really helped me with depression.

I was excited about this Thursday...if three people contact me on PM, I will host a game night on this thursday, Dec. 10th. University District, no cats.
