I don't get what you're talking about.  You always cut people down saying they don't know what they're talking about, then when people ask you for your side of the argument, you post nonsense.  I mean, we get it, you're a lawyer, no one can argue with a lawyer, because you're ALWAYS RIGHT!  All I ask, is if you're going to be a dick about someone elses opinion, at least show enough respect to argue with some fact or at least some mildly relevant heresay instead of just spouting out garbage.  If you're shooting to be the 'bad guy', you're doing a terrible job.

I'm just saying this because you seem to be the #1 advocate for, let's get people to sign up!  And then are #1 at saying, your opinion is stupid, and here's why, then offer NOTHING in the why department.

whoa buddy chill.  nowhere have i said i wanted to prove any point anywhere. all of my statement in this thread have been utter nonsense (other than MAYBE my very first one...but even that, without a 6 page refutation of Drew's original point with numerous SCOTUS citations and playing devil's advocate on numerous levels, including stating that my opinion of the law and how it should and historically has been defined/applied is not the same as SCOTUS currently defines it in the Roberts/Scalia/Alito/Thomas conundrum of Constructionists is pretty much nonsense) and if you are reading into them, you are confusing my posts for something else. i can have a long discussion on civil liberties, but not right now.
