I have it coming in the mail. I think these guys are going to blow up. They are the best band on fat wreck now in my opinion.

Still waiting for record and the t-shirt pre-order to arrive.  Fat has a ton of really good bands on their roster.  I always thought Oot and Aboot would have blown up, but it never did.

I was always a 'fan' of the Lillingtons when they were around.  The second Teenage Bottlerocket album, Total, was tits, and it'll be hard for another pop-punk album to be much better.  The 3rd album, Warning Device kind of left me flat for the most part.  There were a couple jams on it though.  I'm stoked to hear the new album, but really fear it's going to be more of what I hated about Warning Device.  Which is what the Skate or Die video has given thus far.

3 years ago, when we played Wyoming, Bran-Bran and Ray-Ray booked us at their house, then got on a last minute tour with the Epoxies.  We were worried about having the show fall through in BF Wyoming, but they still let us play their house even though they weren't even there!  It was crazy!

Hard working dudes, good band.  Hopefully they can keep it up.

I own all of thier lp's and I dig them...but TBRs new record just might be better than all of Real Mckenzies records(in my opinion).

Not saying it couldn't be as Off the Leash was pretty mediocre and disappointing.  I haven't gotten to listen to TBR  except Skate or Die.  Just saying cause its a good record doesn't mean they'll get "big" all of a sudden.

And the Lillingtons are awesomeness.

I dont think they will get big because of this record. I think they will get big because it seems like they're all over the internet and stuff. More now than ever it seems. I saw them in Seattle on Easter last year and there wasnt that many people there. I'm curious to see how many people show up in Nov.

They're more of a live band.  Like get ripped off your ass and dance to them.  That's fun.

I agree with this. I saw them play at a tiny little bingo hall in Bremerton like 12 years ago. That was the first time I ever heard of them. And we were ripped and dancing our asses off.

there's a couple deck companies that make band decks.

my favorite is cold war out of portland, well because it's my friend and they print up sleestak decks for me as well.  The unique shapes are also a total plus instead of the typical popsicle stuff, and its all pressed in a friends basement.  Total DIY.

Is it starting over?
Wally always says they are going to get skateboards, but they never do.
