I think you need to go into the html code of your actual page background and delete the part for the snocap stuff.  If you have trouble past there, google the answer.  I know we did it to our site easy enough.

I've looked there and I cant see anything other than the stuff I've put there. Maybe I'll just take it all down to the basics and redo it.

Well, I removed all the html code for the background and lay out and the damn snowcap bax was still there. I guess I'll ask the interwebs for help.
